Located in front of Old Fairgrounds Park, the Memorial Arena is a significant heritage building with a structurally complex roof and original hinged wooden spectator seating and boxes. The arena was built to honour those who lost their lives in the Second World War, and contains the first artificial ice rink constructed in Brampton.
