The McArthur Woollen Mill, built in 1871, produced fine tweeds. Purchased and expanded in 1907, it then supplied wool for military uniforms. The mill closed in 1963. The current owners are converting the site into apartments, commercial and event space. During Doors Open, explore this renovation/restoration, visit near-complete apartments, and speak with the owners about future development on the site.
