Wellington County Museum and Archives

Built in 1877, this National Historic Site remains the last poor house in Canada. A museum since 1975, it is now home to multiple galleries, several outdoor features and state-of-the-art archives – and tells the story of the history of Wellington County. The museum attic and Poor House Cemetery will be highlights this year for Doors Open Fergus-Elora.
