Visit Indwell’s Parkdale Landing – Ontario’s largest passive house retrofit, featuring a mix of affordable apartments and commercial spaces. Indwell is a Christian charity that creates affordable housing communities. Guided tours will highlight the energy-efficient features and the affordable housing program. This building is an adaptive reuse. In the past, the buildings included a banquet hall, tavern and rooming house.
