The Phillips House, an example of the popular Gothic revival style, was built in the 1870s. It was owned by the Phillips family for nearly 70 years. The property once featured a water pump factory and stables. The door to the summer kitchen (now demolished) is still visible on the north side of the residence. Rarely open to the public.
