You won't find regular red fire hydrants in Tweed. Instead, theirs are splashed with colour and intricately illustrated – an expression of artistic culture and community ideals. What started in 1987 as part of Canada World Youth's Pakistan-Ontario Exchange Program has since become adopted by the community.
