Kingston's Lower Burial Ground was laid out in 1783 for Loyalists who came here following the American Revolution. Many early citizens are buried here, including prominent residents, Black slaves brought by Loyalists, and Great Lakes sailors. Your visit will include an exterior look at the church and a unique opportunity to see part of the cemetery under the church hall.
