The Olde Post Office, completed in 1894, served as Petrolia's post office and offices for Inland Revenue and Customs. Designed by architect Thomas Fuller, the building reflects Petrolia's oil boom affluence. It was decommissioned in 1964 and designated for its cultural and architectural significance. Now owned by Lambton County Developmental Services, it contains affordable housing and a gift/ice cream shop.
