Purple Woods Heritage Hall is a post-and-beam structure designed to create a natural meeting place to embrace the environment in a location accessible to the surrounding community. It hosts the Maple Syrup Festival each spring and is used for year-round environmental education and events. It is both esthetically and environmentally suited to its location on the Oak Ridges Moraine.
