Local historian Gord Young will lead a walking tour of the Hunter Street Bridge and surrounding area. Features of this year’s heritage walk include the Grand Trunk Railway’s Riverside Yard, the Quaker Tennis Club, the Hunter Street bridge, the murals under the bridge’s arches, the Peterborough Mattress Factory and the 1916 Quaker Oats fire. Tour is first come, first served.
