Lannin Funeral Home and Reception Centre

This stone building occupied by Lannin Funeral Home Chapel and Reception Centre was built in the 1840s. One of the oldest stone structures in Smiths Falls, apart from the Rideau Canal locks, it operated as a hotel in the 1850s. In 1914, new owners started the funeral home. This beautiful building has been in the community for over 145 years.
