Brock University’s Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts opened in 2015, and is an award-winning, architectural triumph of adaptive re-use of a 19th-century industrial site. The site features a 235-seat theatre, digital media studio, photo darkroom, rehearsal spaces, studios, wardrobe shop, art gallery and other specialized facilities that support students in dramatic arts, music and visual arts.
