The Hollinger No. 26 shaft is built of reinforced concrete with art deco detailing. The industrial complex comprises the shaft house, crusher plant and hoist house. The dome-shaped ore bin, which stands 50 metres (164 feet) high, is situated on the adjacent property but remains connected to the crusher house by the conveyor structure. Although closed since 1968, the industrial complex remains a recognizable landmark on the Timmins skyline.
