Opened in 1930 as Eaton’s Seventh Floor, The Carlu was spearheaded by businessman Timothy Eaton and his wife, Lady Eaton, who aspired to bring high society and world-class culture to Toronto. Allegedly, the design inspired the Rockefeller Center’s Rainbow Room in New York. It is now a popular event venue. Come and enjoy this rare opportunity to explore the building.
