The Abilities Centre is a 11,613-square-metre (125,000-square-foot) facility that offers sports, fitness, arts and life-skills programming, as well as education opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. It is recognized as an International Centre of Excellence for its fully accessible design. The Centre is focused on bringing together families, friends and neighbours in the spirit of inclusion and opportunity.
