The Hindu faith organization was established in Windsor in 1968 and provides educational services on religious and cultural scriptures. Built in 2015, the Mandir (Hindu Temple) was privately funded by members of the growing Hindu community, numbering over 1,000 families. It is distinguished by arches over windows and doors. In 2019, the Vimana, which shelters the inner sanctum, was added.
